We love Gala Apples for so many reasons and here are a few! Happy ! Kale has definitely earned the right to be called a superfood. The antioxidants found in kale juice help slow down the aging process because they help prevent free radical cell damage to skin. This protection from free radical cell damage can also help with preventing cancers too! Kale provides so much nourishment and protection we can't recommend adding it to everyones daily diet enough!
