A sincere thank you to everyone who joined us for our Valentine Distilling Cocktail Pairing Dinner. Nights like these remind us how fortunate we are to be part of such an amazing community. Your support, laughter, and enthusiasm are what make these special events possible, and we are truly grateful for each and every one of you.
We also want to recognize our incredible staff. From the kitchen to the dining room, their hard work, attention to detail, and passion helped create a memorable experience for our guests. We couldn't do it without them.

Pear & Pomegranate Salad
Frisee lettuce, pomegranate arils, pear, sliced almonds, Gouda, Fontina & Gran Cru cheeses, finished with a passionfruit-pomegranate vinaigrette.

White Blossom Vodka, St. Germain Elderflower, passionfruit, soda water, lemon, and an edible flower garnish.
🐟 From the Sea
California Striped Bass
Pesto & sundried tomato rice, seared striped bass, smoked pepper & tomato cream, and kailan broccoli.
🍸 Cocktail Pairing:
"Libertine" Old Tom Gin, ginger, black cherry, and orange.
🐑 From the Land
New Zealand Lamb Chop
Charcoal grilled lamb chop, asparagus purée, fresh asparagus spear, and strawberry balsamic glaze.
🍸 Cocktail Pairing:
"Pingree" Bourbon, Lion Blood Orange Vodka, mint, lemon, tarragon, soda water, and simple syrup.
🍓 Sweet Finish
Rhubarb Cobbler

Berry Blossom Vodka, strawberry, basil syrup, and fresh lime juice.
