Yesterday I was blessed to make pork loin to celebrate a friend’s 40th wedding anniversary,
Pork loin injected with my own creole butter (Farm To Fire Louisiana ‘s butter chipotle and unsalted butter ) smoked with the butter chipotle mixed with dark brown sugar for that sweet heat…
This now maybe my go to.
