Learning from and partnering with Buena Vida Specialty & Regenerative Coffee is helping move the global regenerative & organic coffee movement dial forward… and we’re doing that right here in Tennessee.

At Herban, we are continuing to partner with Narrowgate Coffee Roasters as we’ve done for nearly 10 years, plus now partnering with Buena Vida. This allows us to support soil, farms, farmers, workers, as well as Narrowgate’s ministry to disciple young men. It’s is a major WIN across the board.

And the coffee? It is considered to be amongst the top 3% in the world. Thats where “specialty” coffee comes in. It’s based on size, density, and color of the beans at the milling / drying phase.

How can I help?
You get to be part of that story and global mission with every cup you enjoy.

The amount of intention & heart that goes into every step of this coffee story is an incredible thing to be apart of. At Herban Market, we are so excited and honored to be just a small part of a much bigger story to bring you the absolute best cup of coffee.

The flavors of this dish are dangerously crave-able … each ingredient bursts together for a meal you’ll think about days later. Seriously. This is another example of when organic and quality ingredients make a huge difference in flavor. You can taste the difference!

We didn’t exactly plan on becoming a restaurant. 🌱

What started as a way to make the most of incredible organic produce quickly grew into something much bigger.

We listened to what our community wanted, kept adding to the menu, and the rest is Herban Market history.
