Appetizer: Margarita Flatbread
Made with pizza crust, layered with Chefs’ pistachio pesto, fresh mozzarella, baby heirloom tomatoes, and topped with balsamic glaze.

Lunch: Fried Catfish Poboy
Drizzled with our cajun mayo, lettuce, tomato, kosher pickles, and house-made coleslaw. Served on Italian white bread, with house potato chips, lightly fried in beef tallow.

Entree: Chicken Cacciatore
Italian dish, prepared with boneless chicken thighs, peppers, onions, carrots, and mushrooms. Served in a rich tomato sauce, on a bed of Jasmine rice. Topped with fresh basil.

The Caffè REL crew has been cooking up a storm today — even Tracy is on the line! 😂

When someone calls in sick, this crew just pulls together and gets it done. ❤️ A little extra love for Shawn Cullins, who is ALWAYS here and willing to jump in wherever he’s needed, and Oscar, who stepped up from dish and is now rocking it on grill. We see you guys, and we appreciate you!

Russet potatoes & Fontina cheese, deep fried and served with sriracha aioli.

Lunch: Pork Milanese
Fried pork cutlet on ciabatta bread, with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, pickled jalapeños, and red onions. Served with house potato chips, lightly fried in beef tallow.

Entree: Fish and Grits
Fried catfish filet, served over creamy polenta & topped with a crawfish etouffee with Louisiana crawfish & Kielbasa.

Half pound of grilled pork loin, topped with Chefs’ Diane mushroom sauce. Served with roasted russet potatoes and Brussels sprouts tossed with bacon bits and parmesan cheese.
