We served the last meal and turned the lights out for the last time surround by family, friends, current and past employees. Over the past 26 years there are so many things to be thankful for including all of our amazing customers who have become friends and family and all our wonderful employees throughout the years. Without all of you our business would not have been a success. As we reflect on the past 26 years we will forever be grateful to the community and all the support we received.
Here’s some words from Chef Dennis: After nearly 54 years cooking in the Restaurant Industry it’s time to”Hang Up” my Spatula I would like to Thank the Chef’s that molded me to be the Chef I was.Master Chef John Marrengelli,(my Apprentice Chef while going to Culinary School at MATC 1972-1974).My 2 Master Chef Teachers at MATC Robert Anglevin and Rudiger(Rudy Grimm).Also Knut Apitz.I was on the opening Team at the Grenadiers.And not to forget Bob Wolf who was The Executive Chef at the Anchorage who hired me as a very young 20 year Old Day Chef while Opening Milwaukee’s First Fresh Seafood Restaurant.All have passed on but I will never forget them.God bless them all.
Now for the next chapter to begin!!
