Soup Feature: Sicilian Sausage Stuffed Pepper Soup

Appetizer Feature: Margherita Pizzette
A Sicilian pizza shell topped with roasted garlic sauce, sliced tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, oven-roasted until golden brown and finished with fresh basil.

Dinner Feature: Black & Tan Ribeye
A 14oz Black Angus ribeye, lager-marinated and grilled to your liking, finished with a light sweet crust and served with mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus.

Barramundi & Lobster Risotto
Savory Parmesan risotto filled with sweet cold-water lobster, topped with citrus & herb-crusted pan-seared barramundi, roasted asparagus and finished with chive oil.
