FOCACCIA BARESE
a traditional, highly popular bread from Bari in the Puglia region of Italy, famous for its crispy, olive-oil bottom and soft, fluffy interior. It is generously topped with fresh, juicy cherry tomatoes pressed directly into the dough, dried oregano, and plenty of extra virgin olive oil.
Baked in a heavily oiled metal pan at high heat, (our pans come directly from Corato Bari, our hometown) the bottom and edges become wonderfully crunchy and crisp!

Stracciatella is a fresh Italian cheese made from shredded pulled-curd mozzarella (pasta filata) mixed with heavy cream. Originating in Apulia (Puglia) in southern Italy, its name comes from the Italian word straccia (“rag” or “shred”), referring to the delicate strands of cheese pulled apart by hand! Buon appetito!
