Hello Franklin!!!
I want to start by first saying, THANK YOU!!
I started this diner a little over six years ago, with a dream and a prayer. The community as a whole opened up and welcomed me as one of their own, for that I am truly thankful and blessed. It is with a humble and heavy heart that I say “I’m closing the Diner.” I have met some amazing, interesting, lovable people in the past six years. We have went through many milestones together, birth, death, marriages and a lot of first. I am forever grateful for the friendships that I have made that have turned into family. The customers that have benefited me with their knowledge, advice, compassionate, and understanding. I count all interactions with all of you as blessings!!! It has been an honor and a privilege to serve this community. For those of you who gave your constant support I thank you. It was not an easy decision to make. I feel it is time to put this dream to rest and close this chapter on a happy note. Remember we only get one life so take the risk, burn the candle and at the end of the day make sure your heart is full and happy.
A very special thank you goes out to my staff. All of you!! We’ve had a ton through the years. Some came back multiple times to save my ass and some were just there for a season. We together made this diner a wonderful and crazy place. I am grateful to have been your “boss lady”. I would not change it for the world.
