The Hollow Spot Sourdough and Fresh Pasta Hello! My name is Elizabeth and I started this business many years ago as a hobby. Well... at least those nearby.

Feeding my friends and family; always bringing the cheesecakes to work functions etc. It slowly turned into, "Hey, my friend of a friend wants a cheesecake, how much?" It's been super fun and I am excited to expand my business to everyone else. I have never posted this business on social media, be patient, it's under construction. :)

No rest when you are on the farm. We have mulberry trees and wild blackberries to be picked and tons more coming in daily. Yes, I prefer to wear a glove because your hands can only be purple so much lol. My son, who is four, was even on a ladder today picking mulberries. Yummy treats for sure and if you’re lucky I may just make a couple breads for the market.

Here at The Hollow Spot, we try to buy local and stay local. It DOES matter where you get your products and to be honest, we kinda like the company we surround ourselves with. We would like to give a big shout out to Walton’s Woodworks and Whatnots, LLC for making our bags! They look wonderful and I know my customers appreciate a good bag and a great discount. We only have a couple bags left.
Another thank you is in order for those that wanted to pose with their bags! I think they look great with our logo on their shoulders!

I am beyond excited. The Hollow Spot Farm makes a lot of pasta. When I say a lot, I mean, I make more than what you eight year old weighs in pasta. 😂 Today I bought an Atlas. It’s not a cheap piece of equipment and I still very much try to do as much by hand that I possibly can. It’s more honest. Does that make sense?

This hand-cranked machine will allow me to make more things pasta. Pasta has become a thing and I can’t wait to continue to bring you more. It’s been fun. I also indulged a bit and allowed myself to get my favorite color. Happy Sunday everyone.
