Did you know that we do not use any seed oils at Chrysalis Modern Italian?

Have you ever noticed not feeling your best after eating foods cooked with seed oils like canola, soybean, corn, peanut, sunflower or grapeseed?

Seed oils are highly refined industrial oils often linked to inflammation and other metabolic issues and are processed with a chemical cleaning agent called hexane, which is derived from crude oil.

All of these seed oils are strictly forbidden at Chrysalis.

All of the fresh, delicious, made from scratch items on our menu are made using only olive oil, avocado oil and butter.

Enjoy better tasting foods at Chrysalis and feel better doing it!
