Hope everyone is doing great!!
I sure miss seeing all of you.
It's now been two years today since Gibby’s closure. I must say, I've enjoyed the less stress-life ever since. On a scale of one to 10, I'd say I'm doing great, so all your cheers and prayers have paid off.
I've recently started making these wonderful culinary delights, and I'd like to give a shoutout to a special friend who asked me to make some for her. It was a real pleasure, and it feels like it's in my DNA to make them 😂
Anyway, happy two years since Gibby’s closure, and thank you again for all of your support and kind words over the years.

P.s. The “Grilled Ky hot brown”on top was requested with the bacon “extra extra crispy”. 😃

Pecans are Sold!!!

Any baker’s out there? I have 25lbs of shelled pecans. I well sell them for $8 a pound or $6 a pound if you want them all. These are fresh pecans.

I still have a few plants left and some antiques (civil war era crutches, wooden ironing board, wood vice and two school desks with ink well holes.)

Also have a meat slicer. It’s Toledo (1950’s). White porcelain coated. It was my first slicer. It needs to be taken apart and cleaned. Cool little project. $150 obo.

Thank you Facebook friends for your help. Someone has picked up the food and it’s Eastern Kentucky bound.
Please say a little prayer for them. They are helping people with unemployment benefits and will be feeding them as well. 🥰
