Our service is simple, and created to take the hassle and time out of eating healthier. We Chef: We choose the best tasting, most nutrient dense ingredients you'll find on God's green earth, and put them all together to freshly cook your meals to order.

2. We Deliver: Choose your delivery day and our freshly prepared meals arrive chilled and ready to pop in the microwave or over. Keep them in th

e fridge if you plan to at them in 4 - 6 days, or freeze them to make them last longer.

3. You Thrive: Heat, eat, and be merry. Upgrade your nutrition and use the time you save to do things you love better. We have now taken our service a step further, by introducing meal plan. You tell us the foods you love, foods you hate, and things you are allergic to, and we create a taste profile for you. Then, just tell us what day and how many meals you want, and they will arrive weekly at your doorstep. Each week, we'll let you know what meals are coming, and you can customize your order if you'd life, or pause delivery at any time. It's quick, easy, and hassle-free.
