You've probably noticed Ellie working around the bakery this year! ❤️ Our little "bakery baby" is growing up and becoming a big help in the family business.
Of course, we think she's pretty amazing—but when customers take the time to mention her in their Google reviews, it makes us incredibly proud. Thank you for encouraging her and making her feel so welcome!
The bakery is a pretty great first job. You learn to work hard, interact with people, look customers in the eye, be part of a team, and yes... take home a few delicious extras at the end of the day—all while getting paid to have fun.
While we can't hire any more eight-year-olds (trust us, Ellie's friends have already asked! 😂), we are always happy to hear from applicants who are 14 and older. If you know a hardworking teen looking for a great first job, send them our way!
