My mom and I have decided since it is just us at the moment (my dad is gaining his strength back, but is still weak) we are going to open the restaurant with these hours. Wednesday-Thursday 11-2pm and Friday 3-8pm.

It looks like we are opening tomorrow! We may be a little slower than normal, and there may be a portion where we quit taking call-in orders until we can get back into a normal pace again and keep up.

Here will be our hours moving forward:
Tuesday-Thursday 11-2pm EST
Friday 3-8pm EST

Update: We plan on opening this week. Tuesday was our projected time, but my dad needs a little longer rest. We will announce on here when we are open and what hours we hope to keep in the beginning. Thank you to everyone for your support and patience.

I want to thank everyone for the kind words and checking in on my family. As of right now we are looking to open up again on March 31st. This is tentative, as we will have to see how well my dad is feeling.

With that being said, our hours of operation may change, and there may be some days in the future that we will have to close down. Please be understanding when that happens.
