About a month ago we added this beauty to our fleet of mobile cafe's, and it'll be hitting the road bringing fresh roasted, fresh brewed Minnesota Mudwater to your local events starting soon. We're still plugging along here at Minnesota Mudwater! The new building is almost ready to start moving things in!! We also have a soft opening planned for our Mobile Cafe for the Wadena County Fair starting next Thursday! We look forward to seeing you all along the way! We’re sorry to say Minnesota Mudwater will not be at the Fergus Falls Farmers Market again this weekend. 😢

This has been one of those seasons where exciting growth and timing have collided all at once behind the scenes.

Over the past several months, Minnesota Mudwater has been expanding in ways we honestly only dreamed about when we first started roasting coffee by hand in cast iron skillets. Between new equipment, licensing, planning, construction projects, and some major additions we haven’t officially announced yet, our schedule lately has been nonstop.

This week, after looking at everything we have in motion, we made the decision to step back from market prep for the weekend so we can stay focused on building what comes next for Minnesota Mudwater.

And trust us… there are some BIG things coming. 👀

We’ve hinted at a few ideas recently, but let’s just say the future of Minnesota Mudwater is going to look a whole lot bigger than it did a year ago.

We truly appreciate everyone who continues supporting this small hometown coffee company while we work through this next stage of growth. Every bag of coffee, every drink, every share, and every conversation at our booth has helped make these opportunities possible.
