While at work, baristas are the face of Friendship Café to our customers. Baristas are expected to provide exceptional customer service, whether they are making a drink, preparing food, cleaning up, or chatting with customers.
Baristas are responsible to:
-Maintain a clean, well-stocked café.
-Make café menu items, according to established recipes, ensure consistent product quality and visual appearance.
-Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment.
-Wear proper personal protective equipment and uniform at all times.
-Attend all team meetings, and participate as an engaged team member.
-Complete all other café duties as assigned.
Baristas need to keep learning and growing, and be open to helping others develop as well!
