Today, we pause to remember the 2,977 lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the incredible bravery of the first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who stepped forward in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

We remember the lives cut short, the families forever changed, and the heroes who ran toward danger to help others.

25 years later, we still remember.
We still honor.
And we will never forget. ❤️🤍💙

May we also remember the unity, compassion, and strength that brought our country together in the days that followed.

🏈 WE WILL BE CLOSED THIS SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12TH! 🏈

Unfortunately, Dogs on the Chain & Gaming Lounge will be CLOSED this Saturday because we have a pretty important event on the schedule — our son Wyatt’s special 8th Grade Appreciation Football Player Walkout, pictures & football game! ❤️🏈

Apparently, whoever makes the football schedule assumes that all parents are just conveniently off work on Saturdays. 🙄🤦‍♀️🤣

Soooo…here we are. Ugh. 😂

As a small family business, sometimes parent duty wins, and this is one of those moments we definitely don’t want to miss — especially with this being Wyatt’s 8th grade year. 🥹

We know being closed on a Saturday is inconvenient, and we truly appreciate everyone who understands that every once in a while, we have to close the hot dog stand and go be embarrassingly proud parents.

Dogs on the Chain will be CLOSED today so we can enjoy an extra day away from the grill, spend the holiday with family and friends…and because one of your favorite hot dog slingers is officially turning 45 TODAY! 🥳🎂😂

Nothing says Happy Labor Day quite like taking the day OFF from labor on your birthday! 🙌

We hope everyone has a safe, relaxing and fun Labor Day filled with good food, good people and maybe a cold drink or two! 🍻🇺🇸

🇺🇸☀️ It’s a holiday weekend — the KITCHEN will be OPEN 10am til 3pm today UNLESS it’s extremely slow (which is very typical on holiday weekends) in which case we’ll close up shop earlier but I’ll make a post later if that’s the case!
