Was a great night with SoCal Vegfest hosting their plant-powered community mixer. Complete with featured speakers, raffles and idea boards on how to live more sustainably and better our planet. 🌱🌎

Signature dishes on the menu included Salt & Peppered Shrimp & Mushrooms, Beef Watercress and Broken Rice Combo.💛

Special of the night was Roasted Soy Chicken Drumsticks, or Đùi Gà Rô Ti, braised in garlic savory-sweet sauce and served with fried tomato rice.
