The secret to an authentic bowl of Pho is the

slow simmer of beef or chicken broth which can sometimes take up to 24 hours to cook. Not only does Pho provide a fast meal, but it also contains a nutritious one-dish meal for any time of the day, whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner.
