We have to say… our online ordering system has been amazing!

It updates our inventory in real time, so what you see online is always current.

On Friday, with temperatures reaching 117°F, we were completely surprised by how busy we were. Some popular items sold out much faster than expected, and we even received calls asking, “The Eggplant Tofu is already sold out?!”

That’s exactly why we encourage online ordering. Nearly 99% of our business is takeout, and online orders are the fastest and most accurate way to see what’s still available.

Finally, thank you to everyone who continues to support our little family restaurant. ❤️

Your support—especially during these incredibly hot July days—means more to us than you know. By the end of Friday, we had almost sold through everything we had prepared for the day.

We’re tired, but we’re incredibly happy.

Yesterday, we sold 12 orders of our Taiwanese Stir-Fried Rice Noodles, including one customer who ordered three at once! We were pleasantly surprised because this is a traditional comfort food from our hometown, Taiwan, and we never expected it to become so popular. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to share a little taste of Taiwanese home-style cooking with you! ❤️

For the second week in a row, Kung Pao Chicken has also been one of our top sellers! 🌶️ It’s perfect for those who enjoy a little heat. Choose your spice level from Non-Spicy, Spicy, or Extra Spicy, with a Gluten-Free option available.

And of course, Orange Chicken continues to be a customer favorite! 🍊 We use chicken breast and our own house-made sauce for a balanced, flavorful taste that isn’t overpowering. The spice level is mild, and Non-Spicy is also available.

“Vegetarian” Sashimi — Have You Tried It? 🥑🍣

Avocado paired with soy sauce and wasabi as “Avocado Vegetarian Sashimi” is surprisingly similar to salmon sashimi, thanks to its rich, buttery texture and smooth mouthfeel.

Ingredients:
🥑 1 Avocado
🫙 Soy Sauce
🌱 Wasabi

Slice it, plate it, and dip it.

I wanted to share this because one of my close friends was pregnant, and during her pregnancy her doctor advised her not to eat raw fish or sashimi.

But she was really craving it.

So we made this Vegetarian Sashimi instead. 🥑🍣

She said the texture was surprisingly similar, and it was delicious, refreshing, and nutritious too.

Making it yourself is incredibly easy!
