In 1997, Phil Rodakis created a place where people could be transported back in time when life was much simpler. He created a town favorite restaurant called ‘Phil’s Filling Station Grill”. His concept was born many years ago when, as a youngster he worked at his grandfathers Diner in the Bronx. That concept is Quality (everything made fresh), Affordability (Reasonable Prices), Service (Making all

customers feel at home), Cleanliness (Keeping everything Clean), Choice (Starting with only 40 items in 1997, the Menu now has over 250 items, many being signature items from the mid 1960s). Phil’s filling station grill is located in beautiful Fountain Hills, AZ. Nestled alongside the fountain, Phil’s sets itself apart from the others by being a dual sided restaurant. One side is a sports bar with walls decorated with beer signs, sports team logos and flags, mirrors and neon’s. There are 8 HD TV’s to watch your favorite teams. On the other side are cozy family rooms hosting the 50’s flash back theme with coca cola memorabilia hanging on all the walls (a coca cola collectors delight). There are 4 HD TV’s to view your favorite shows. Let’s not forget the NY Yankee room for all the Yankee fans in AZ. Last but not least there is the patio, where you can enjoy a relaxing view of the World’s tallest fountain. Phil’s concept is not just a 50’s style restaurant with many signature items on its Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menu. It’s a small town eating place where you always run into someone you know.
