Apparently, one lasagna special just wasn’t enough around here! 😂

We love lasagna so much that we decided to turn it into a SOUP! 🥣❤️

Imagine everything you love about a big, beautiful, homemade Italian lasagna… rich, savory tomato broth, hearty seasoned meat, tender pasta, and all that cheesy goodness, coming together in one glorious bowl of Italian comfort! 🤌

It’s like Nonna took her famous lasagna, grabbed a soup pot, and said, “Hold my w**e, I’ve got an idea!” 🍷🤣

And YES, our famous Lasagna Bolognese is on special too! Because apparently, we’re on a mission to make sure nobody leaves here hungry!

Some people believe money can’t buy happiness. Those people have clearly never ordered a big, beautiful slice of our homemade lasagna. 🤌😂

We’re talking layers upon layers of tender pasta, rich, slow-simmered Bolognese, creamy béchamel, and plenty of cheesy goodness, all topped with our homemade marinara and melted mozzarella! ❤️🧀

It’s rich. It’s hearty. It’s saucy. It’s the kind of meal that makes you unbutton your pants and seriously reconsider your plans for the rest of the evening. 🤣

🍲🐔 WARNING: This Soup May Cause Uncontrollable Happiness! 🤤

Somewhere between a warm hug from Grandma and a Sunday dinner at an Italian household, you’ll find our CHICKEN GNOCCHI SOUP! 🇮🇹❤️

We’re talking tender, juicy chicken, soft little pillows of potato gnocchi, and a rich, velvety, creamy broth that’s so comforting it should come with its own blanket! 🥣

Every spoonful is loaded with hearty, homemade goodness that’ll have you scraping the bottom of the bowl and seriously considering licking it clean. (We won’t judge, but the other tables might. 😂)

Forget chicken noodle soup. Those noodles have officially been replaced by little Italian pillows of happiness!

🍋🐔 CHICKEN FRANCHAISE… BECAUSE BORING CHICKEN IS A CRIME! 🇮🇹😂

Some chickens cross the road. Ours took a bath in egg batter, got sautéed to golden perfection, and ended up swimming in a buttery, lemony, garlicky sauce! 🤌🍋

Then we threw it over a beautiful bed of penne pasta because, quite frankly, that sauce is WAY too good to leave on the plate!

🍂 FALL HAS ENTERED THE KITCHEN AT CAFE APIZZA… AND APPARENTLY IT BROUGHT AN APPETITE! 🤌😂

This week’s specials are giving us all kinds of warm, fuzzy, loosen-your-belt feelings!

🐷 PIGGIE SOUP IS BACK!
Cabbage, rice, pork, beef, and a rich tomato broth all cozied up in one bowl. Basically, a Polish grandmother’s hug, minus the interrogation about why you’re still hungry. 😂

🍗 CHICKEN FRANGELICO | $22
Tender sautéed chicken breast, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, garlic, cream, pecorino, and fresh basil, all getting VERY friendly with a beautiful bed of fettuccine. Rich, savory, creamy, and absolutely no intention of being diet-friendly. 🤌

🍰 AND THEN THERE’S DESSERT…
Amazing Ali apparently woke up and chose violence against everyone’s waistline.

🐷🍲 THIS LITTLE PIGGIE WENT TO MARKET… AND THIS LITTLE PIGGIE ENDED UP IN SOUP! 😂

That’s right, PIGGIE SOUP IS BACK at Cafe Apizza this week!

Tender cabbage, seasoned pork and beef, rice, and a rich, savory tomato broth, all simmering together in one big pot of Pennsylvania comfort food HEAVEN!

It’s basically a homemade piggie (stuffed cabbage roll) that decided getting rolled up was entirely too much work. 🤌🤣

All the flavor, none of the fork gymnastics!

Come hungry, grab a bowl, and make your grandmother proud. Just don’t tell her ours might be better. We don’t need that kind of trouble. 👵😂

🍝 CLAM DOWN… DINNER IS HANDLED. 🐚😂

Clams. Garlic. White w**e. Olive oil. Beautiful linguine.

Seriously… what more could you ask for? Maybe someone else to pick up the check, but we can’t perform miracles. 🤌😂

We sauté plenty of garlic in olive oil, hit it with white w**e, add tender clams and fresh parsley, then toss the whole glorious situation with really nice linguine until every strand is coated in that briny, garlicky goodness.

Simple ingredients. Big flavor. Zero need to overcomplicate things.

🚨 WARNING: Chef Chantelly and Amazing Ali have officially gone TOO FAR. 🚨

Chef Chantelly rolled into the kitchen and whipped up a Broccoli Cheddar Soup so rich, creamy, cheesy, and comforting that your spoon may refuse to leave the bowl. 🥦🧀🥣

Then Amazing Ali apparently said, “That’s cute… hold my spatula.” 😂

She came back swinging with Triple Chocolate Cake 🍫🍫🍫 AND her Famous Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cake. 🥜🍫🍰

At this point, we’ve completely abandoned moderation.

Come hungry. Get the soup. Get the cake.
Actually… get BOTH cakes. You’re an adult. Nobody can stop you. 😂

🍅 Creamy, garlicky, garden-fresh goodness wrapped around every forkful of bucatini… yeah, you’re gonna want this one. 🍝🤤

Chef Chantelly absolutely killed it with this dish. Vine-ripened tomatoes straight from the Cafe Apizza gardens, fresh baby spinach, tender chicken, and just a kiss of cream, all tangled up with beautiful bucatini pasta. 🤌🇮🇹

Fresh, creamy, garden-y, pasta-y perfection. Yes, garden-y is a word now. We checked. 😂

Come grab this one before summer officially packs its flip-flops and leaves town. ☀️🍅
