Sometimes it’s good to slow down and take it all in. Today I sat across the street watching friends, families, neighbors, and new faces gathering at our little coffee shop. Seeing conversations happen, relationships grow, and community come together is exactly what we hoped for when this dream began. The renovations across the street from Toasty Ember are complete and we’re preparing to open this June.

305 is a wine and cocktail atelier and supper house built for conversation, connection, curated wines, exquisite cocktails, craft beer and evenings that unfold slowly.

We’re also excited to announce that live music is officially booked every Friday night and every third Thursday for Fortville ladies night throughout the summer beginning Friday, June 12, 2026.
