Before OMG, there was no standard of private music instruction.

Think about that for a second.

You became a musician because someone trained you.
You became an instructor because someone needed lessons.

Nobody trained you for that.

There was no standard. No framework. No credential that actually meant anything.

So you figured it out. You burned out a little. You undercharged. You lost students you shouldn't have lost. You had great lessons and had no idea why. You had terrible ones and had no idea why either.

That wasn't a you problem.
That was an industry problem.

We built what was missing.

We want to say thank you to Ben Eades State Farm Agency for all their help last night and today. Thank you to all of the fire departments that came out to help Bonsai Fortville, M and J Fi****ms, ourselves and UpCycled Interiors by Missy. Fishers Fire Department, Greenfield Fire Territory and the speedy response of Vernon Township Fire Department. Buck Creek Township Fire Department, Noblesville Fire Department.

So many of you have reached out. So many of you came to help or offered to come to help.

The truth is there is a lot to do, it will take a while for all of us to recover and move forward but the sun came up today so it will again tomorrow.

Slow + Ugly = Awesome.

This will be slow, it is already ugly but what is to come is going to be beautiful because of all of you.

Neighbors being neighbors, business owners standing together and community really doing life together. This is our future together, United. Let’s go 2023!

The 4th Graders at Fortville Elementary School did such a wonderful job on our Gingerbread Town this year! We love this yearly tradition and are so happy to be a part! Great job, 4th Graders!!
