Meet Marcus 👨‍🍳
A Culinary Institute of America graduate in Hyde Park, NY, Marcus returned home to Fort Worth after years of working in kitchens across the country to build something rooted in craft and community.

He opened Clay Pigeon in 2013, followed by Piattello, an Italian concept inspired by the housemade pasta that quickly became a guest favorite.

Nearly 10 years later, Piattello continues to serve fresh, authentic Italian dishes and has helped elevate Fort Worth’s local dining scene.

We’re proud to celebrate Marcus and his story. 🍝✨
