This month, we're pulling our owner's favorite straight from our early 2000s menu. Bock Battered Quail with C***r Adobo Sauce. Crispy, golden, and layered with the sweet heat of adobo, this one's been waiting in the archives for its encore.

It's part of our Trailback series, bringing back the dishes that built our story, one plate at a time. Thirty years in, and this dish is certainly worth revisiting.
