The menu will start with A Tasting of Freshly Dug Texas Potatoes followed by Roasted Red Kuri Squash, Curried Pumpkin Bisque and include other courses such as Risotto of Koshihikari Rice, Grilled Swordfish and Spiced Apple Cake. Each course will be paired with wines by our Sommeliers.
