Our August Around the World Dinner takes you course by course through the flavors of France, from the coast to the countryside to the city.

The evening begins with beurre blanc mussels paired with Gérald Talmard Mâcon-Chardonnay, continues with pâté de campagne paired with Jean-Jacques Girard Bourgogne Pinot Noir, and ends with crêpes, cherry-orange beurre monté, and Chantilly paired with JP Chenet Blanc de Blancs Brut.

A simple summer classic that lets peak-season tomatoes do the talking. Grilled baguette is rubbed with garlic and topped with crushed Jacksonville tomato and extra virgin olive oil.

Main Course | Citrus Chicken Paillard
Bright, fresh and full of summer flavor. Citrus chicken is served with roasted summer squash, crisped new potatoes, whipped feta, market arugula, balsamic reduction and gremolata.

On Thursday, September 17, join us for a three-course dinner where every dish has been thoughtfully paired with a Blackland cocktail or spirit.

Next Thursday, August 27, our Around the World Dinner takes you on a three-course trip through France, from the coast to the countryside to the city.

This month’s optional pairing includes:

Join us Thursday, September 17 as we welcome Blackland Distillery and founder Markus Kypreos to Magnolia Avenue for a three-course pairing dinner celebrating one of Fort Worth’s own.

The evening will feature three chef-crafted courses thoughtfully paired with Blackland cocktails and spirits. Markus will be joining us to share more about the craft, process, and story behind each pour.
