My wife got a great deal on limes at Restaurant Depot for us to use at our Fourth of July celebration (pork and brisket tacos)!

We didn't need too many so I just hand squeezed the rest. Got over a gallon of juice. That looks like a lot of refreshing lime cheesecakes!!!
