“FATHERS DAY”Mexican Express Fresh Catering Co. (MEF) will have a Father’s Day special next weekend the 21st celebrating our Dads! We have MEF’s Pulled barbacoa style brisket taco family meal dinner, you get a 1/2 pan of brisket, 1/4 pan of beef sliced sausage, 1/4 pan egg potatoe salad, Rice, borracho beans, 2 dz homemade handmade flour tortillas, 2d corn tortillas, salsa guisada and 2lbs of tostada chips! Feeds up to and average of 15 family members, $295 per meal delivered! (Don’t forget to tip your driver!) I have done some research and barbecue competitors who are very popular and I’ve been around a while are charging $525 for this meal! We got you! At least half down to hold your spot and your delivery spot and the balance paid the day before Father’s Day please. You don’t have to do anything, but drink and enjoy! Under 18 no alcohol. They were a big hit at the graduation party and a Quincenera for the pre teens with no alcohol. We did them as a slushy. Graduation party event number one MEF Taquiza! We served chopped brisket, grilled chicken fajitas, roasted corn, black beans, rice, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, cilantro, onions, sweet tea, and then we also had a nacho bar for the kids that were swimming, which consisted of taco meat, refried beans, queso sauce, jalapeños, sour cream, and tostada chips. It was a great graduation party and then I headed north off of Golden triangle to the Holiday Inn for another graduation party that we were catering. So it’s been a busy day for me. No complaints. I love every minute of it. Big thank you to Elk Castle and Polo Gutierrez for an amazing job! I got many compliments for u two!

Graduation party event number two the Holiday Inn express off of Golden triangle North Fort Worth. Was a great success! Nicko debut his new business.”Ice Man Margaritas”  it was a big hit. He served strawberry, mango and blue Hawaiian margaritas he had sides of Chamoy, Tajin, sugar, lemon, and salt. He had it set up really well. I’m real proud of him. He’s learning the business. For the food side we did pulled brisket Barbacoa style, chicken fajitas, beef fajitas, and beef, sausage, rice, and beans and sides of pickles onions jalapeños, bread, barbecue sauce, salsa, and tostada chips. Big thank u to my crew Edgar Adrian Zamora Zavala Rosa Fox and Nicko Govea Zamora for an amazing job!
