Moving to Ft Worth from Louisiana I quickly learned what it's like to miss out on all the good foods I grew up with. If you are fortunate enough to find live crawfish around here there are a few questions you should ask before buying them:

#1 Where did the crawfish come from?

#2 What is the dead loss percentage per sack?

#3 How long have they been stored?

#4 Are they washed and graded? This is what makes us unique from others:

* Our Louisiana farm raised crawfish are ordered one day prior to delivery.

* They are then harvested, washed, graded and sacked only hours after the order is placed.

* Next they are shipped OVERNIGHT directly to us.
