The brainchild of Fort Worth entrepreneur Sam Shaban, our small family business is the finished product of several years of hard work and passionate commitment. Our Lebanese Chef Hassan has created a whole host of dishes to please every palette, including such iconic Mediterranean dishes as Gyros, Shawarma, and Falafel. We use only the finest ingredients to provide the conscientious diner with an experience that is healthy, fresh AND delicious. For our vegetarian and halal friends, you can be well assured that you will find a host dishes that will both meet your standards AND taste market-fresh. Our hours are Mon-Fri 11-6pm & Sat 11-4pm
