What is a Cafe Au Lait? Café au lait is pronounced as “CAF-fay oh LAY”
The name translates from French literally as “coffee with milk”, however this is different from a Latte which is made of espresso with milk… A Cafe Au Lait is a combination of drip coffee & your choice of steamed milk. The steamed milk ensures your drink stays cozy and HOT when the milk is added.
