Being from Detroit and living in Fort Worth, it's become really fun that Michigan gets to play TCU for the first time in football. The game is in Arizona, so it felt fun to do a mash-up brunch with all my well traveled, well healed Michiganders and Hypnotoads in mind.
So, here it is then.
A batch of bunkhouse beans, antelope sausage, brisket, and wild hog ribs in a base of onion, garlic, bell pepper and fire roasted chilis of ancho, guajillo, basket of fire peppers and habenero sauce by .am.root.creations.
A 24 Oz porterhouse seared to medium in whisky.
Organic rice from Louisiana with scallion and a three pepper grass fed beef demi Glace.
A thick cut piece of sourdough seared in brown butter. With some whiskey glazed mixed vegetables.
