🍄 SHROOM SERVICE
Roasted sweet potatoes and hearts of palm finished with savory brown mushroom sauce.

🍔 BRUNCH SLIDERS
Pick two with a side—or try all three:

• Baby Baddie — smash patty, cheese, special sauce, diner onions and pickles
• Hot Girl — chorizo-beef patty, peppers, onions and chipotle mayo
• Hot Chick — Impossible Chik’n Tenders, hot honey, mayo and pickles

Spiral turns 24 this month 🌴

Twenty-four isn’t exactly one of the fun milestone birthdays, so we’re taking y’all on a lil vacation instead.

Meet Island Babes: our August lineup of watermelon ahi poke, pineapple-teriyaki chik’n, Hawaiian mac salad, lemon-miso Brussels and The Beach Bum—a Spam-style tofu burrito with teriyaki and mac salad tucked inside because we’re still us.

Weekend brunch is coming too, with Tofu Salmon Tacos, Pineapple Spam Fried Rice, the Pineapple Express, Pineapple Upside-Down Pancakes and Coconut Macadamia Pancakes.

The Morning After is sticking around because y’all love that messy little thing.

We’re serving our new spicy BBQ jackfruit three ways:

The Pulled BBQ Jackfruit Plate with slaw, pickled red onions, warm rosemary bread + your choice of two sides.

The BBQ Jackfruit Sandwich piled with mayo, coleslaw, and dill pickles.

And the BBQ Mac Burrito stuffed with mac n’ cheese, pickled red onions, and chipotle mayo, with collard greens on the side.

We’ve got Churro French Toast dipped in cinnamon-sugar batter and topped with dulce de leche and fresh strawberries, plus Chilaquiles with fried flour tortilla chips, beet salsa, sour cream, vegan parm, and cilantro.

And for the savory brunch babes, we’re also rolling out La Tóxica Home Fries and the Papi Chulo Burrito.

Brunch specials run Saturday + Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM. Our regular breakfast menu is still available all day, every day.

🌮 TACOS DE MAYO STARTS TODAY 🌮

Our May Blue Plate Special is officially here, and yes, we are absolutely using Cinco de Mayo as an excuse to launch a whole taco situation.

We’ve got crispy, cheesy jackfruit quesabirria with consommé for dipping, street taco plates with fajita seitan, pastor tofu, or fajita soy chik’n, a loaded Baja burrito, elote cups, chilled tomato soup, chorizo refried beans, and chili oil if you’re trying to make things spicy.

Basically: tacos, burritos, dipping, dunking, a little heat, and a lot of May behavior.
