When I accepted my Pastry Chef position Seared Fort Worth , I knew I wanted to make an impact….but I never imagined how special it would feel to see something I created become part of the restaurant’s menu.

The Midnight Mocha Torte was created with a lot of passion, patience, and love. Seeing guests enjoy it, and even being recognized for it, has honestly been one of the proudest moments of my culinary career so far.

A huge thank you to Chef Joshua Donovan for believing in my creativity and trusting me with the opportunity to develop a dessert for Seared. Thank you to the entire Seared team for welcoming me and allowing me to be part of such an incredible kitchen. I’m excited to continue learning, growing, and creating alongside such a talented team, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.

To all of my Flie Cakes family🤞🏽Thank you for your patience and continued support. 💙 If you’ve noticed I’ve been a little quieter lately, it’s because I’ve been pouring my heart into this new chapter. But don’t worry… I haven’t forgotten about you! Flie Cakes will always be my first love, and I have so many exciting cake designs and sweet creations coming your way.

This might be the best way to end a steak dinner…💙

✨ I’m so excited to share the first dessert I developed for —our new Midnight Mocha Torte! 🍫

This decadent dessert starts with a rich flourless chocolate cake, layered with silky white chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate mousses, then finished with a glossy dark chocolate ganache and delicate white chocolate drizzle. A subtle hint of espresso ties every layer together for the perfect balance of rich chocolate flavor.

I’m incredibly proud to have this dessert on our menu, and I can’t wait for y’all to try it!

If you’re planning a night out, come enjoy an amazing steak at Seared and be sure to save room for a slice of our made in house Midnight Mocha Torte.
