Update! I just purchased our new kitchen equipment with Jack! I’ve known Jack for over 30 years or longer! Floors are being finished up this week, and we will be installing the new equipment next week. May 9th will mark one year since the fire. We added our story to the back of our new menus! Did you know our Co Founder, Glenda Smith grilled the very first Tommy’s Burger on a pancake griddle in the kitchen of our convenience store back in 1983? Hard to believe it’s been almost 43 years! Tommy’s turns 43 in June. Same great food. Same great service. Same family owners! Our Camp Bowie location is coming along nicely. Looking for a Spring reopening date!
