Hi, I have a problem and it is haunting me. I was scheduling an event, you can say I dropped the ball. Anyways, I appeared to be a no show. The person I was working with called me because I did not show up on their job. I apologized of course that does not rectify the fact that I was not there and that can not be corrected. I understand, I would be upset as well. I wanted to right my wrong, but to that person I am dead and will never do business with me again, and told me from this day forward they would never do business with me again. What do you do? I'm trying to grow my business and not tare it down. I realize i lost that job and don't get a second chance. It was a honest miscommunication. This has never happened before and I pray it will never happen again.
