It was a great day in the kitchen. I have more than one thing to share but I’m pretty excited about this cookie. I love and hate 😂 that my clients challenge me to try and create the things they are desperate to have healthier versions of. This has been a multi week research project to figure this out but today the ✨ aligned and I create this lava chocolate cookie 🤗😱😍🥳 it’s 8 ingredients, no preservatives, gluten, grain and sugar free 😁

Back in the groove and geeking out over this weeks treats. Last week fruit crusted cheesecakes…how about cookie cream pies? Yes please! This weeks cheesecake, peach crusted with a dragon fruit crumble 😍 the colors…and the cookies 🤗 Lemon Cream Cookie Pie and Chocolate Chunk Vanilla Caramel Cream Pie. Ugh, so good it’s cut in half because I had to have it! Eating well was never tasted so good or been so pretty! Always and forever gluten, grain and sugar free 😘

Finishing up a million little things before I run away to paradise for a few days. And I am particularly proud of these beauties. I was looking to do a twist on cheesecake and I think I created something new! Fruit crust! Strawberry Crust with Creamy Vanilla Cheesecake and Blueberry Crust with a deliciously sweet and tart Lemon Cheesecake! Excited to see what the customers think and man are the wheels turning on what else I could do with this concept!
