The energy is that important….

When we were painting the floors in Summit City, I forgot I had a Kitchen Sink made and there was no way for me to grab it.

The floor in front of the counter had wet paint.

The floor behind the bar had wet paint.

I wasn’t leaving my 200mg of natural energy behind.

How far would you go to not leave a drink behind? ⬇️

PS: no feet touched the bar in the making of this video

FORT WAYNE… WE’VE BEEN KEEPING A FEW THINGS UNDER WRAPS.

And we’re getting REALLY close to showing you what we’ve been working on.

We’ve spent almost a year building something that we believe is going to be different from what you’re used to.

✅ Protein shakes that taste like dessert.

✅ Energy teas that are beautiful and taste amazing.

✅ Real conversations about your nutrition and goals.

❤️ A place where we want to know YOU, not just your order.

And we’re just getting started.

We’re not ready to announce our opening date quite yet…

But trust us, it’s getting close. 👀

Here’s what we want to know:

👇 When we open, what’s the FIRST thing you’re trying?

This one is for you dad…

You work all day. You take care of your family. You get home exhausted.

You don’t have the energy to play with them when they want you to.

Having more energy doesn’t mean to redo your whole day.

It means we need to be more diligent about how we structure our day.

Sometimes it starts with eating breakfast.
Getting enough protein.
Drinking more water.
Moving your body.
Sleeping better.
Making one better decision today than you did yesterday.

Soon you’ll be able to come to Summit City Nutrition so we can help.

📲 Send this to a dad who needs more energy

We are not new to this….

Sadie and Tyler have experience in daily nutrition with their own journeys and with others.

Tyler has kept 30 lbs off for over 2 years, has 1200+ days in recovery, and is a multi-endurance race finisher.

Sadie has struggled with eating disorders. She has learned to properly nourish and appreciate the body that has carried her through the amazing experience of living. She picked up running at 40, and has now completed many races, including two marathons. She is also a certified sports nutritionist.

We have helped over 2,000 people with their daily nutrition and health and look forward to bringing all that experience in Fort Wayne.

No matter your daily goals or how you’re feeling, we will help you based on YOUR goals.

Feeling sick? We got you
Curb snacking? We got you
Lacking energy? We got you
Need more daily protein? We got you

Coming soon!
