Remembering one of our favorite event setups! the DIY Cannoli Kit!

We’ve always believed that the best events are the ones where guests actually get to play with their food. Instead of just setting out a tray of pre-made desserts, we built these custom kits so everyone could channel their inner pastry chef. Guests got to grab a piping bag, fill their own crispy pastry shells with sweet ricotta cream, and load up on toppings. It turned dessert into an activity and a great conversation starter.
