You guys have been asking for it and Iper Barbiere just got Darker. Post Modern Barbershop will now be carrying its original Honduran Pacavita coffee in three different roasts: city roast, medium, and dark. Thanks to our friends at Hempton Roast Coffee, we should be getting our new inventory over the next two weeks. We are sorry for the delay, however perfection takes time.

✨ It’s here! We’re excited to introduce our newest roast profile!

This Saturday, we’ll be offering our brand-new El Salvador Santa Ana roast. Quantities are limited, so it’s first come, first served.

Grown on the volcanic slopes of Santa Ana at elevations between 900–1,200 meters, these beans develop a smooth, balanced cup with rich milk chocolate notes and a clean finish. We’ve spent weeks roasting, cupping, and fine-tuning this profile, and we can’t wait for you to try it.

We’ve been having a blast cupping, sampling, and comparing notes as we fine-tune every detail. We are excited as we create a roast we’re truly proud to share with you.

Behind every great cup of coffee is a lot of testing, tasting, and fine-tuning.

We’re currently dialing in a brand-new roast profile, carefully cupping multiple sample roasts to find the perfect balance of sweetness, body, and flavor.

Small adjustments in time, temperature, and development can make a remarkable difference in the final cup.

We won’t release it until we’re confident it’s something special.

Our goal is simple: roast coffee that highlights the bean’s best characteristics while delivering exceptional consistency.
