Hello Mancino's Family!
This is Tabitha Gray, former owner of Mancino's on Coliseum 😊
I wanted to address something that happened today. Unfortunately, we were temporarily shut down by the Health Department🙁 Do not jump to conclusions! It has absolutely nothing to do with our food or any of the "gross" stuff you sometimes hear about when a restaurant gets a a red card! Since the new owner took over, he's been making some AMAZING and much needed changes! He's putting in a brand new mop sink to make cleaning easier for the employees! And he's bringing in an automatic dishwasher too!!! Today was the end of the probationary period: the 90 day timeframe to complete all of the tasks. Unfortunately, some of those needed upgrades are still incomplete 🙁 We are working diligently to complete these things ASAP!!! Please be patient with us and know that we are in the process of making things even better than before!
As I stated in a previous post, I am still with Mancino's. I've invested nearly 20 years of my life to this business. When I made the decision to sell, I had a few different offers. I chose to sell to the person that promised to keep the integrity of Mancino's while investing time and money into making a better overall experience for my valued friends and customers. And he HAS!!! I'm so thankful for that!!!
With that being said, the only thing missing is YOU!! If you haven't been in for a while, come see us!!! I know you'll love and appreciate the wonderful improvements happening here! I would love to see your friendly faces!!!!
