Our Detoxifier was our best seller and we want you to have the recipe! It makes 12 oz. and is the perfect balance of greens with just a hint of sweetness from the apple.

1/2 Pound - Granny Smith Apple
5 oz. - Cucumber
2 Large Stalks - Celery
2 cups - Spinach
0.3 grams - ginger (2 small slices)
1/4 - lemon

Add mint, cilantro, basil, or jalapeños for variation in flavor and health benefits!

PERMANENTLY CLOSED

Friends, it has been our greatest pleasure serving you the past seven years. Although we are closing, we are honored to have met so many incredible people in our community, many of which have become friends. Having the opportunity to be a small business owner in Fort Wayne has been a wonderful experience and we will always cherish it. This message is not an easy one to make and we do apologize for the lengthy period it has taken to make this announcement.

We want to thank all of you for supporting us and encouraging us throughout the past seven years. We started at the Barr Street Farmers Market in 2015, moved into The City Exchange Shops that same year, and then moved to our current Covington Road location in 2019. So many of you have continued to support us through moves and closures and we can’t say thank you enough for your loyalty and support of our products.

It was always the goal when we started Juice Jar to bring the highest quality, organic, cold-pressed juice to Fort Wayne. This goal has never wavered, and we plan to continue to use this platform to help people with their juicing needs and questions. We hope you will continue to follow us!

Hi, Friends! We wanted to update you in regards to our TEMPORARY CLOSURE. We have been experiencing supply chain issues which has resulted in our closing (briefly). We are working to resolve this in a lasting way that will eliminate this type of closure in the future. We appreciate you all so much and thank you for your ongoing support! We are so excited to be a part of Fort Wayne Vegan Restaurant Week !! Thanks, Heather, for stopping in to try our featured selections!!😀

One of the things that I 💚 about Fort Wayne Vegan Restaurant Week is getting to try new foods. Today's new to me food was pitaya.

Juice Jar's Pitaya Acai Split was a delicious, sweet treat that you don't feel guilty eating! (Not that I ever feel guilty about eating anything during vegan week! 😆)

I also tried the Classic Avocado Toast and Avocado Hummus Cracker Bowl. I paired it all with one of their juices. Everything was absolutely delicious and we can't wait to go back!
