Say hello to September's Moment Makers! 🥳

Yisrael is new to our team and already demonstrates fantastic second-mile service. He consistently goes above and beyond by checking on guests, offering help when needed. His genuine care and commitment to serving our guests with excellence are evident in every interaction.

Josiah went above and beyond by coming in on Wednesday while the store was closed to fillet chicken and prepare everything we needed for the next day.
His dedication and commitment helps us serve our guests and keeps our restaurant operating at it's best.

Isaiah comes into work ready and prepared to step in the kitchen wherever he is needed. His flexibility and readiness to serve ensure that we are prepared to take care of our guests and provide them with the best experience possible.

Jess has created memorable moments for our guests while working the drive-thru window. She takes the time to connect with each guest. Her genuine engagement and positive attitude demonstrate great hospitality and show that she is committed to providing excellent guest service.

Join us in celebrating our Operator, Jeff Hoffman, and the incredible dedication he has given to our Chick-fil-A Coliseum family. After 24 years with Chick-fil-A, Jeff will be retiring at the end of October.

We are incredibly grateful for the lasting impact he has made on our guests, team members, and community, as well as the relationships he has built and the many lives he has touched along the way.

While we’re excited for Jeff and Sharon and family as they begin this next chapter, he will be deeply missed by so many. We hope to continue carrying on his legacy and pursuing the vision he has helped cast for our team and Chick-fil-A as a whole.

Help us say thank you to Jeff over the next couple of weeks for his years of leadership, care, and commitment to our team. ❤️
