❤ RoKo's Kitchen Christmas ordering is now open... for pick up Christmas Eve Morning Thursday, Dec 23rd 10am-noon at Hotel Tango Fort Wayne!!! I will close orders next week on Saturday Dec 18th to allow time to submit vendor orders. Thank you for your support and encouragement to allow me to cook for you. It has been an incredible journey so far, and I am so excited for the next chapter in my life story.

I love it when people love my food so much that they commission me for more the next day... it gives me much desired purpose and fulfillment... and sometimes I throw in a contemplating life doodle while waiting on the oven...and extra road pies... :-)

Last week, I had the honor of serving The Gentle Chef and his pod for Fort Wayne Vegan Restaurant Week at Pedal City. This week, Chef Skye invited me over and cooked several of his mock meat and dairy analogues for me to try. I am so amazed by this Chef and his superb ability to make dishes that even my very carnivorous boyfriend remarked, "Wow, this is really good... I'd be perfectly happy eating this and not miss the meat."

When I reflect back on my incredible food journey these past couple of years... I am astonished by the many connections I have made and all the people that continue to support me and my passion. I am forever grateful and am so excited to see what's next in store for me!

Thank you for continuing to support my little RoKo's Kitchen dream... with everyone's help I can make this little dream a big one!
