We’re adding Philly Cheese Fries to our menu.. Large portion of fries smothered in grilled onions, peppers and mushrooms and our shaved ribeye then covered in Whiz… and no we aren’t putting provolone on them!!

Our breakfast today was a Ugandan Rolex it’s a popular, affordable street food consisting of a vegetable omelette (eggs, tomatoes, onions, cabbage) rolled inside a chapati.

We are closed today .. Sunday May 3rd. Our team has been working so hard while I’m in Uganda that Jonan says that they deserve a day of rest!!

Some of you may have noticed that I’ve been missing.. I’m in Uganda until Mid May! No worries our Buyamba team will be putting out delicious Sandwiches while I’m gone! In the meantime I am hoping to share some of my experiences with you to give everyone a glimpse into the reason why Buyamba Sandwich Company exists… we are a revenue source of our ministry here in Buyamba Uganda.

Tonight I made burrito bowls and the Ugandans loved them!!
