I am going to say the hard part first:

It is with a multitude of emotions, that I announce the closing of

Our final day of business will be Sunday, May 3. This doesn’t feel real, but it’s time. The next chapter is ready for us, and unfortunately, it means that this chapter is coming to an end.

Thousands of bagels. 🥯 Hundreds of farmers markets. 💐 Smoked meats & pop-up dinners. 🍖 fermented pizzas 🍕custom catering events & very special private dinners

❤️ Breaking bread with ALL of you, feeding your families, and growing together was the best part of it all. From the very first day, all the way up until the very end. We’ve shared some of life’s biggest moments, taken care of each other through the hard parts, and become truly connected through it all.

To Tom, Stacie, Megan, Jordan, Crystal, Aaron, Duffey & the entire crew, you are forever a part of our family. We will always cherish the good times, we loved sharing a space with you here !

As a chef, I am endlessly grateful for the opportunity to work with Fort Wayne’s local farmers & makers, surrounded by community that we have built here together. As a partner and a new parent to 3 wonderful kiddos, I am looking forward to this next chapter being focused on my family.

🥯 Your favorite recipes will be making a reappearance soon, as our head baker Edie will be pursuing her own cottage bakery. Keep an eye out for ways to support the Shop Two Sixty crew.
