Behind Patty Hustle there’s a whole family… and a whole lot of hustle. ❤️🍔

Héctor: chef, creator of what we believe are the best burgers in the world… but more importantly, creator of dreams. Tireless. Also somehow a mechanic, plumber, electrician, dad, doctor, problem solver, and the owner of the biggest heart we know.

Nina: the numbers, the details, the social media, the chaos behind the scenes. Mom of three and forever chasing Héctor’s crazy dreams right beside him.

Avril: our first baby. Detail oriented, opinionated, and still slightly offended that we don’t sell candy since it’s her favorite thing in the world. She has officially requested a Nutella smash burger more than once.

Hannah: fearless official taste tester of every burger and sauce. Still can’t decide her favorite… and definitely not scared of a triple burger.

Eva: the little smile behind Patty Hustle. Sweet, happy, and the most beautiful surprise life could’ve given us.

Abuela: we truly couldn’t do this without her. And no… she’s not the grandma secretly making recipes in the back 🤣 She actually hates cooking. But she takes on the hardest job of all: loving and taking care of our three little tornadoes while we work.

And “Abuelo”: except don’t call him that. The girls renamed him “Nis.” He’s our foundation. The one who believes in us even during the moments we doubt ourselves. Having someone who pushes you forward and believes in your dreams so deeply is priceless. He also works with us at the trailer… and you’ll always find him smiling.

And behind all of us… there’s also an army of friends and family showing up, supporting us, helping however they can, sharing posts, spreading the word, cheering us on, and making sure more people get to try Patty Hustle every single day. We see it all, and we’ll never be able to thank you enough. ❤️

Patty Hustle is burgers, yes.
But more than anything, it’s family.

Built with the same heart as Churro Loco, but with its own flavor and attitude.

This is more than burgers it’s another dream coming to life for our family ❤️
